We pride ourselves in making luxurious eco friendly products; your satisfaction is our number one priority. Sometime we buy the wrong size or the wrong color, or simply we change our minds … we understand.

Instructions For Returns & Exchanges

• Within 2 days from the date of purchase.
• Only new, unused and unwashed items in their original condition must be returned.
• Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• Items must include all original tags and packaging.
• For Refund: If you agree for all the above criteria, as soon as we receive the package, you will receive the refund in 4-5 business  days.
• For Exchange: If you agree for all the above criteria, as soon as we receive the package we will arrange for the product exchange but the return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer unless or otherwise the product is defective or damaged.
• We repair/replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them or within 2 days. In that case, Ditaraa will bear the costs for return shipping. If you face any such problem send us email at [email protected] To send your product you can find the address below.
• Gift Returns- If you received a gift purchased from Ditaraa, you may return the item for credit within 2 days of the purchase date (all return policies apply). We will need the original invoice number in order to process your return request. If you do not have the invoice number please contact us(Link) with the name of the purchaser and we will be able to look up the information for you. Once we receive and process your return we will set up a credit gift certificate, You may use your store credit to purchase anything from our website that is
  currently in stock.
